Made with simple ingredients: cacao butter, homemade roasted cashew butter,  Lakanto (monk fruit sweetener), a touch of matcha powder from Kyoto, homemade raspberry jam and salt.

Unlike traditional white chocolate, we use only cacao butter - no heavy cream, coconut powder, rice powder or additives. 

Enjoy the harmony of the flavor of pure cacao butter, bitterness of the matcha, and the explosion of tartness of raspberry jam.

Goes well with coffee or tea (especially matcha).
