Shipping & Refunds


Before you place an order, please ensure that you are able to receive the delivery and store it in the fridge right away. If the chocolates were melted due to the package sitting out in the sun or not stored in the fridge right away once it arrived to its final destination, we are not responsible for the condition of the chocolate and we won't be able to issue a refund.

We are unable to accept any returns of our items due to the perishable nature of our products.  This said, we do want every customer to have a great experience so please reach out if you are at all unhappy with your order and we will do our best to make sure you have a great experience.


Shipping Policy 

We are a small artisanal shop and will work hard to fulfill your order promptly, but due to the hight volume, the shipping might be delayed. During the busy time, please give us a 3-5 day processing time to fulfill your orders.

All Items ship with at least 2 days (busy time is 3-5) processing time. You have the option to purchase Next Day service, however our processing time for each order (time it takes for us to ship the package) remains 2 days (busy time is 3-5) . Delivery delays due to mail service and weather  (we will choose to ship slightly later at times of heat waves and will notify you) are completely out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Special Conditions - due to heat sensitivity of our products

Where applicable our chocolates will be shipped with ice packs to reduce likelihood of melting for hot areas.  We may from time to time delay processing of your order at times of heatwaves to make our best effort at ensuring that your order delivers in good shape.

Please track your shipment progress closely to ensure that as much as possible that your package is not left in mail areas where there could be contact with the heat of the sun.  Ice packs will be included in the shipping if the air temperature in your area is above 80 Degrees F. 

Please specify any specific delivery dates you have in mind (for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc.). While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we'll do our best to get your order to its destination around the time you specify.

Please double check the shipping address on your orders as we are not able to confirm each order's address before shipping. Please note that the shipping label will directly reflect the address you submit at checkout. If the address is incorrectly submitted at checkout, the package may be returned to our location.

While we are more than happy to reship your order, please note that you will be billed for any additional shipping charges necessary for the reshipment.
