How To Store Raw Vegan Chocolate

Handmade raw vegan chocolates will at peak quality and aroma for 2 to 3 weeks, preferable in fridges as cashew butter, raspberry jam, and dried orange are all handmade, as there are no preservatives or additives.

 

For longer storage, they will keep well in the fridge for 1 to 2 months for white chocolate. Dark chocolate will get aged over time for couple months. 

Keep refrigerated and consume at room temperature for the best experience.
